If you are a busy mom or just don't like turning on the stove in the summer time this is an easy recipe my friend shared with me!
2 lbs. rump roast
2 lbs. rump roast
1 can Yuengling
1 can beef broth
1 pack of Lipton dry onion soup mix
Cooked on low about 7 hours. At it on hoagy rolls, with provolone or cheddar cheese and used the juice to dip the sandwiches.
Group additions:
Mushrooms
Onions and peppers
Horseradish
You can use bud light or sprite instead of yuenling
Toast the buns
