*Healthy Mama Barbecue Chicken
*3 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced ( I used dried chopped onion)

1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca
2 pounds chicken thighs or drumsticks
1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard (I wasn't sure if this meant actual mustard or
the spice so I did a little of both)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pounds chicken thighs or drumsticks
1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce

***2 large green pepper, cut into strips

Dump everything into two gallon freezer bags, shake it up, seal, label and
put in the freezer.

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak by Ann Road Meal
[Fresh Ingredients to keep in fridge]
1 lb Baby carrots
1 lb Baby carrots
Combine following items into a gallon sized bag and freeze:
1 1/2 lbs Swiss Steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 package Onion soup mix
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 lbs Swiss Steak, cut into serving size pieces

[Instruction]
Put carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Place meat on top of carrots. Mix
together soup, seasoning, tomato sauce and water. Pour over meat. Cook 8-10
hours on low heat. If frozen, increase cooking time, or thaw before cooking.

Chicken and Salsa Soup by
1C Shredded chicken
1 1/2 C Water
14 oz. Chicken Broth
1 tsp chili powder
1 can corn
8oz of chunky salsa
1/2 C shredded cheese
1 1/2 C Water

x6 for our group. Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. To serve
heat in a crock pot or on the stove.
